A chain is only as strong as its weakest link! We take great care to select high quality, strong chains, and inspect each chain before packaging, but any chain can wear out or break unexpectedly. Inspect your chain and pendant carefully upon receipt, and have it professionally inspected and maintained on a regular basis. Avoid yanking or tugging on the chain, and if you suspect any damage, replace the chain before further use. Our heartfelt mission is to safeguard rings from damage and loss, but we cannot insure your rings. We do not guarantee that every ring will be secure on the necklace in every instance, or that the chains will never break.
